Habitumap
Support
This is the support page for the iPhone app, the Mac app, and this website. Write to us and include the device, the system version, and what you expected to happen.
Contact
From Jason Jeong, an individual operating Habitumap. Please don't send habit notes or a full backup unless you want us to see them. We can't see your iCloud data from our side.
Purchases and refunds
Apple charges your Apple Account. Monthly, yearly, and lifetime prices are listed on the pricing section and in the Terms of Use. Cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before it renews. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't receive your card and can't reverse the charge ourselves.
Privacy choices
The Privacy Policy is the full account of what the app stores. Short version: habits stay on your devices and in your private iCloud. There is no Habitumap account.
- Usage stats: Settings, Privacy, the control labeled "Share anonymous usage stats." Off means nothing further is sent, and the on-device queue is cleared. The default build is specified not to transmit these at all until a provider is named in the privacy policy.
- A copy of your data: export JSON or CSV from Settings, under Sync and Backup.
- Delete a habit: it stays in Recently deleted for 30 days, then it is removed with its logs and notes. Delete now removes it immediately after you confirm again.
- Deleting the app removes the on-device copy. iCloud copies and backup files stay with your Apple Account until you delete them there or in the Files app.
Sync
If you aren't signed into iCloud, the app still logs on that device and Settings should say sync is off. If iCloud storage is full, sync can pause while local logging continues. We can't look up your habits for you, because they aren't on a server of ours.
iPhone and Mac
One App Store purchase covers both, on the same Apple Account. The same Apple Account is also what iCloud uses if you want the two devices to share a history.
